How to style denim overalls

Happy Tuesday!

When we think of denim overalls, right away we see them with a tee or sweater and some sneakers. But very rarely, we dress them up. And today I wanted to show them to you in a different way.

I was at the Gap Factory store getting some overalls for my kids when I saw this pair of denim overall. I already have two at home: one with wide legs, more of a 70’s style; and another one with skinny legs (I don’t even dare to try them on, because I dot think they fit me. I’m still 10 pounds over my previous weight). This new overall is baggier and more casual, but while I was looking at them all I could think of was: Why don’t you wear them with knee boots and a blazer? My mind was going crazy, I couldn’t believe I’ve never thought of this before. Yes, I have worn my other ones with pumps and booties, but never dare to wear them with knee boots or thigh high boots, or to even add a blazer to it.

I loved the outcome of this outfit! I was laughing throughout the shoot, because I went to a garden and I kept saying: “Let’s garden but make it Fashion”. I would love to know if you would wear your overall this way? Hopefully yes, and that you could tag me in it so I can see it!
