Pumpkin Picking

Happy Friday!

We finally went pumpkin picking after 2 years! And yes, we left it for the last weekend of October which sometimes is not good. Lucky for us, it was perfect!

The weekend we have planned previously on going, the weather was 82 degrees and instead, we decided to go Upstate NY and enjoyed ourselves in the pool with family. The following weekends were bound to rain and we didn’t want to risk it. Aria kept asking to go pumpkin picking with a hayride, plus this was going to be Vincent’s first time. Because of that, we decided to go pumpkin picking in NJ. Usually we go to LI, but because it is too far and he takes a 2-3 hours nap we wanted to be close home, just incase. When we got there and he saw all the pumpkins, he was going crazy running around and trying to pick them.

The kids were so happy, running around, going down the slides and watching the animals. They both chose their pumpkins, well actually Aria chose them. We ate really good food, had some apple doughnuts and drank apple cider. Vincent fell asleep and we decided to go home.
