Birthday Picnic

Hello chicas and Happy Friday!

First of all, I want to say thank you to everyone who made my day even more special. Thank you for taking a lil bit of your time to wish me a happy birthday. I truly appreciate it, and I feel so blessed 🥰.

And of course, I wanted to share with you all the details of my picnic. As you already may know blue is my favorite color and I had to use it for my birthday picnic. I kept thinking whether I should had the picnic at Central Park or not but decided to have it at home to make it more intimate and just with my lil family.

My dress is from Bloomingdales and the kids outfit are from H&M and are on sale!

I used things that I already had at home and others I did purchase. My husband helped me getting the wood pallet from his job. I used my table runner, placemats, goblets, napkins and napkin rings that I bought early this summer when Pier1 had their massive online sale due to stores closing. And a week before my birthday I went to their stores to see if I could find some more things (I got the wood plate that I used for the salad). I also went to Burlinghton and bought the wood plate with the metal stands used for the cheese and at TJMaxx I bought the dried wheat bundle. The rest of the items I had it for many years.

Now let’s talk about the food, OMG! It was so delish. I ordered a picnic for 4 at Perfect Picnic NYC called the Family Picnic. It brought an assorted selection of baguettinis, fresh fruit, a cheese box, a dessert box with homemade chocolate chip cookies and sea salted brownies, a large seasonal salad, 4 bottles of organic juice, North Folk potato chips, and a family blanket all packed in a souvenir tote. And of course my cake was Dominican for the same place that did my wedding cake ☺️.
