My Maternity Photoshoot

Happy Tuesday!

Today I want to share with all of you my beautiful experience at my maternity photoshoot.

Even though I am on strict bed rest, I decided to go ahead and do the photoshoot. The funny thing is that it was the same exact situation as my previous pregnancy, The only difference  this time around; it was tougher, reason why I decided to make it simpler and easier.

I also wanted to involve more my daughter in the shoot. Aria is almost five and very possessive of us, so I wanted for her to feel as important and equal. She does like the idea of having a baby brodderr (that's the way she calls him lol), she speaks to him everyday, kisses and hugs the belly and calls it her belly. But from time to time she wonders why we are doing something and that is when I get her pictures and show her that we did the same for her.

Super excited to show you some mayor bump today! At my 33 weeks, I am finally able to wear a maternity top. And because I am on strict bed rest, I took advantage of having a doc's appoitment to take these pictures.

I love love love the flare sleeves wth ruffles of this beautiful top made by LadiwithaBaby. It gives the top a nice statement. and ruffles are in style this Spring. Even my mom wanted the top (even though she is not prego, lol) and couldn't stop talking about the sleeves. . Wearing this plum top was very comfortable and I liked how it looked with my statement necklace. 

It is very easy to pair this maternity top with shorts, dressy pants or even a skirt. So to all amy prego readers, trust me when I tell you that you should get it. And as always please let me know your thoughts on this look.

Dressing Up Track Pants

Happy Wednesday!

Yesterday we started Spring and with it I like to start getting ready all my Spring/Summer outfits. The color and the thought of Summer always gets me in good spirit and because of it, I wanted to continue with another trend for this Spring: Track Pants.

Track pants are very comfortable and easy to wear, thats why it is  so much fun to dress it up. It is like if you are giving them a totally different look. When we see a pair we think about them to be worn with sneakers  and in a relax way. But we can still keep that relax vibe and add some elements to elevate the look. You can do it the same way I did, or if you would like to wear it at night time just add some sparkles with a sequin jacket or blazer.
